Happy New Year Friends!

Hi there! It’s the start of a brand new year. What will you make of it?
For me, it’s the start of a new adventure- self-employment. Holy smokes! Am I crazy, or what?
For nearly 28 years I have been employed by one church or another as director of music: chief cook and bottle-washer of the music department in several different denominations as well as teaching private voice and piano lessons and singing with the gospel praise group 8th Street Praise and singing with my family. But change is inevitable so….

My hope and prayer (a lot of prayer!) is that not only will I be able to add to the family income but to continue my musical career in a meaningful way by teaching, writing and blogging my way around.
